ABOUT JEHIEL REGIS

Growing up, I have been interested in photography since it was a form that preserved visual media at a certain time. I remember taking photographs of anything I found interesting and memorable, from friends to personal belongings and events. I also remember editing videos and if I could, share them for the world to see. Mostly, I would photograph personal belongings, because growing up I didn't have the chance to have close friends or travel to different places. I hope that one day, that will change, and I intend in making this portfolio website to take me to the next step in life. 

 

This portfolio serves to show what I am as a photographer- a still life or product photographer. I chose this path because I wanted to pick a genre that was versatile and compact, without having the need to have large sets, backdrops, and equipment. This doesn't mean, however, that I am not interested in other genres; it's just that the still-life/product photography genre is the one that I find best suits me.
